Blender Pancake Recipe

"The consumption of dairy products, including milk, cheese, yogurt and ice cream, appears to be strongly linked to various disorders of the female reproductive system, including ovarian tumours, cysts, aginal discharges and infections."

Blender Pancake Recipe

1 cup hemp milk or unsweetened Almond Breeze (health food store)
3/4 cup light whole buckwheat groats or a combination of wild rice, buckwheat and brown rice
2 eggs
1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder (use gluten free if desired)
1/4 tsp baking soda (use gluten free if desired)

1.> Blend milk and whole grain in blender for 4 minutes.
2.> Add remaining ingredients and blend for a few seconds to make a batter.
3.> Pour small amounts on lightly oiled griddle on medium heat.
4.> Cook until air bubbles form, flip and continue cooking until lightly browned.

Serving suggestions:

~Serve with organic nut butter spread, peanut butter or maple syrup.
~Sere with fruit sauce
