Italian Dressing Recipe

This dressing is great to create the night before, toss into the fridge in a glass jar and let it combine all those wonderful flavors! I'm thinkin' it will become a favorite in YOUR household too!


4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 1/2 teaspoons of Oregano
6 ounces of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoons Basil (fresh is best, but use what you can)
1 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 1/2 teaspoons of unpasteurized Honey
1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt (not iodized salt)
The juice of 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients - shake well.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! Savor the flavor!
